This years event will take place at Conestoga's flagship campus at Doon in Kitchener. The newly renovated Blue Room will host the plenary sessions and breakout sessions will take place in classrooms nearby.

Registration for the Symposium will take place outside of the Blue Room, located on the first floor of the main building next to the cafeteria.

Parking is available on the Doon Campus site for $10 per day.

Permits can be purchased in advance via the Conestoga website OR on the day of the event via Honk (Website or Mobile App).
​
Main Symposium events will be in the B-wing building. Optimal lots are the White lots or the Orange lots.
